Version 4.0.0 (Released December 8, 2024)

⭐ Multi-Restaurant Support

You can now create and manage multiple restaurants in the app, making it easier for multi-unit teams to stay organized.

⭐ Resolution Methods

We've replaced the "Send to App" feature with new Resolution Methods. Now, when creating an issue, you can choose how it will be resolved: in person, with a app reward, an offer card, or custom instructions. Issues that need follow-up are tagged as "Action Required," with push notifications sent to alert the relevant users on your team.

The main menu is now a tab bar, making it quicker to access key features. A new button above the keyboard also makes it faster to fill out text fields when documenting issues.

Activities are now grouped by date for better organization. Important activity details in Issue Details are highlighted in a special card for quick access. You can also sort activities in Issue Details to find what you need more easily.

The app now loads 50% faster, making it ready when you need it most.

We fixed a bug where dividers weren't showing on iPads and made small UI improvements for a smoother experience.

⭐ Search to Activity Stream

To make it easier to find the activities you're looking for, we've added a search feature to the Activity Stream. You can easily search by reporter, description, or name.

⭐ View Related Issues

Now, by tapping the system-flag icon in the Details screen, you can see all the issues that have a matching phone or receipt number.

πŸ› οΈ Time Toggles

The Reporting & Analytics time toggles now include options for This Week and Last Week, This Month and Last Month, as well as This Year and Last Year. These new options are added alongside the existing rolling time toggles.

πŸ› οΈ Pull to Refresh

We've added 'pull to refresh' to the Guest Issues screen, allowing you to easily refresh for updates without having to go to the Home screen and back.

πŸ› System Flag

We've fixed a bug where, if you tapped the system-flag icon from the Edit Guest Issue screen to view all the issues with a matching phone or receipt number, it wouldn't show the other issues.

πŸ› Edit User

We've fixed a bug where, if an admin edits a user's name, it would incorrectly show in that user's activity stream that they edited their own name, when it should have shown the admin's name.
