Introduction
Shared Access is built for teams using Restore on a shared device, like an iPad at the Manager Station. Instead of signing in and out with long emails and passwords, users can quickly access their account with a simple PIN.
How to Set Up Shared Access
To use this feature, invite a user with Viewer permission and keep that account signed in on your shared device using their email and password. Your team can then sign in and out of their own accounts using their Shared Access PIN.
Note: You can configure a user's PIN when inviting them or configure it later by editing their profile.
How to Use Shared Access
Tap the door icon at the top left.
Enter your unique PIN and tap "Sign In".
To sign out, tap the door icon again.
Note: You can skip signing in to Shared Access and simply enter your PIN when prompted to complete your action.
