Learn how to get started with Restore for the first time and customize the app to your restaurant.

Welcome to Restore

We're excited to have you on board! This guide will help you set up your restaurant, onboard your team, and start using Restore in no time.

Step 1: Downloading the App

How to Download the App

  1. Search for "Restore: Guest Issue Tracking" in the App Store.

  2. Download the app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

  3. Open the app and tap Get Started.

Step 2: Signing Up

How to Sign Up

  1. Select Create New Restaurant.

  2. Enter your personal account details.

  3. Tap Continue.

  4. Enter your restaurant details on the next screen.

  5. Tap Sign Up.

Note: If you operate multiple locations, you can add additional restaurants to your profile later. Learn more about Creating Multiple Restaurants.

Step 3: Configuring Settings

How to Configure Settings

  1. Open the Profile tab by tapping the person icon at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap the name of your current restaurant at the top of the screen.

  3. Select Restaurant Settings.

  4. Add, remove, or update your Issue Categories, Items, and adjust general settings to fit your restaurant's operations.

Note: Default Issue Categories, Items, and general settings were automatically preconfigured based on the restaurant type you selected.

Step 4: Inviting Your Team

How to Invite Your Team

  1. Open the Profile tab by tapping the person icon at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap the name of your current restaurant at the top of the screen.

  3. Select Restaurant Settings.

  4. Tap Invite User.

Note: If your team will be using Restore on a shared restaurant iPad, be sure to set up a PIN for each user. Learn more about Using Shared Access and Managing Users.

Step 5: That's It!
