How to Create a Guest Issue

  1. Open the Guest Issues tab by tapping the feedback icon at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap the New Issue button (plus icon) at the bottom-right of the screen.

  3. Enter the guest's information, and select the categories and resolution method.

  4. Tap Create.

Note: Issues can be resolved in person or through other methods, such as sending a reward to the guest's account in your restaurant's mobile app. Learn more about Understanding and Using Resolution Methods.
