How to Add a Resolution to a Guest Issue

Open the Guest Issues tab by tapping the feedback icon at the bottom of the screen.

Locate and select the guest issue.

Tap the New Resolution button (plus icon) at the bottom-right corner.

Choose the resolution you want to add from the list.

Enter the quantity and add any comments, if needed.

Tap Create.
