Settling and Unsettling a Guest Issue

Overview

In Restore, guest issues can have multiple resolution items. An issue is automatically marked as 'Settled' only when all its resolutions are resolved.

Example: If an issue has three resolutions and only two are resolved, the issue remains unsettled until the third resolution is resolved.

How to Resolve a Resolution

  1. Locate and select the guest issue.

  2. Swipe right on the resolution to reveal the swipe actions.

  3. Tap the Resolve button (checkbox icon) or the resolution itself.

Note: For resolutions with a quantity greater than one, you'll need to repeat the settling action for each unit of the resolution quantity.

How to Unresolve a Resolution

  1. Locate and select the guest issue.

  2. Swipe right on the resolution to reveal the swipe actions.

  3. Tap the Unresolve button (checkbox icon) or the resolution itself.
