Issue Type categories track the various problems or reasons a guest may experience an issue.
Order Methods
Order Method categories track the different ways a guest places an order in the restaurant.
How to Create an Issue Category
Tap "Settings".
Tap "Issue Categories".
Tap the "+" icon at the bottom right.
Enter the category's name.
Tap "Create".
How to Edit an Issue Category
Tap "Settings".
Tap "Issue Categories".
Tap the edit icon in the left of the category card.
Adjust the category's name as necessary.
Tap "Save".
How to Delete an Issue Category
Tap "Settings".
Tap "Issue Categories".
Tap the edit icon in the left of the category card.
Tap "Delete Category".
