How do I invite, change permissions, or remove users?

Accessing Workspace Settings

To access your workspace settings, follow these steps:

  1. Tap your store name in the top-left corner, then tap the gear icon in the top right to access workspace settings

  2. Here, you can manage your workspace settings as needed

Inviting, Editing, or Removing Users

Inviting a User

Invited users will receive an email containing a download link and temporary login credentials. They will set a password on their first login, and then their status will change from "Pending" to "Joined."

To invite a user, follow these steps:

  1. Tap your store name in the top-left corner, then tap the gear icon in the top right to access workspace settings

  2. Tap "Invite User" to add a team member to your workspace

  3. Enter the name and email address of the team member you want to invite

  4. Choose the role you want to assign to the team member (Admin, Member, or Viewer)

  5. Tap "Send Invite"

Some users may need to check their spam folder for invite emails.

Modifying a User

To modify a user, follow these steps:

  1. Tap your store name in the top-left corner, then tap the gear icon in the top right to access workspace settings

  2. Under the "Users" section, select "Users & Permissions"

  3. Search for and select the user you want to modify

  4. Tap the edit icon in the top right corner of the screen

  5. Here, you can modify the user's details as needed

Removing a User

To remove a user, follow these steps:

  1. Tap your store name in the top-left corner, then tap the gear icon in the top right to access workspace settings

  2. Under the "Users" section, select "Users & Permissions"

  3. Search for and select the user you want to remove

  4. Tap the edit icon in the top right corner of the screen

  5. Tap "Remove User"

  • Regularly review user access and permissions to ensure that only authorized team members have access to the workspace
