A mobile screen displaying the "Expiration" settings in the "Restore" app. The header reads "Expiration" with a "Cancel" button on the top left. A list of expiration options is shown, including "Never," "7 Days," "14 Days," "30 Days" (which is currently selected, indicated by a green checkmark), "90 Days," and others.

Introduction

You can set Guest Issues to expire after a certain number of days if they aren't settled. While it's optional, we recommend setting an expiration for all issues. This helps you track and analyze cases where guests don't return, allowing you to make better decisions and improve your process.

Note: When an issue expires, it moves to a separate section in the app but stays searchable for future reference. It is not deleted.
