A mobile screen displaying the "Labor Cost" settings in the "Restore" app. The header reads "Labor Cost" with a "Cancel" button on the top left and a "Save" button on the top right. The first field is labeled "Hourly Wage" with the value "18.00" entered, and a note below explains, "Enter the average hourly pay for a Restore user." The second field is labeled "Resolution Time," with the value "12.0" entered. Below this, there is another note stating, "Enter the average time in minutes to handle a guest issue from start to finish."

Introduction

Labor cost data helps analyze the costs of resolving issues.

Hourly Wage

Hourly Wage is the average hourly wage of employees. For accurate analytics, it's best to use the average wage of those using the app, but you can use any value that's easier for you to calculate.

Resolution Time

Resolution Time is the total time, in minutes, it takes to resolve an issue from start to finish. It represents the time taken away from the operation to handle an issue.
