Quickly identify and manage specific guest issues with Flags.

Introduction

Flags in Restore help you quickly identify and manage specific issues. There are two types of flags used in the app: System Flags and Manual Flags.

Types of Flags

  1. System Flag: An outlined red flag automatically applied by the system when an issue's phone number or receipt number matches a previous issue. This helps identify potential abuse for further investigation.

  2. Manual Flag: A solid red flag that you or another team member can manually set for an issue. Use this to highlight issues needing further investigation, high priority, or team discussion.

How to Flag an Issue

  1. Find and select the guest issue.

  2. Tap the "..." icon in the top right.

  3. Select "Flag Guest Issue".

How to Unflag an Issue

  1. Find and select the guest issue.

  2. Tap the "..." icon in the top right.

  3. Select "Unflag Guest Issue".
