Understanding Flags

Flags are a useful feature in Restore that help you quickly identify and manage specific complaints. There are two types of flags used in the app:

  1. System Flag: This is an outlined red flag that the system automatically applies to a complaint. It appears when the phone number or receipt number in a complaint matches those in a previous complaint. This is useful in identifying potential repeat complaints, allowing you to investigate further and take necessary actions to resolve the recurring issues.

  2. Flag: This is a solid red flag that you or another team member can manually set for a particular complaint. You might use these flags to highlight a complaint that requires further investigation, is of high priority, or needs to be discussed in your next team meeting.

Flagging Complaints

To flag a complaint, follow these steps:

  1. Search for and select the complaint you want to flag.

  2. Tap the "..." icon located in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Choose "Flag Complaint." The complaint will now display a solid red flag.

Unflagging Complaints

To unflag a complaint, follow these steps:

  1. Search for and select the complaint you want to unflag.

  2. Tap the "..." icon located in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Choose "Unflag Complaint." The solid red flag will be removed.
