Creating a Complaint
To create a complaint, follow these steps:
Tap the plus icon located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Enter any details you have about the issue, such as the customer's name, phone number, and receipt number, and select the appropriate categories.
Tap "Create Complaint."
Once you have created the complaint, the app will open into the "Details" screen.
Here, you can tap "Add Description" under the customer's details to include a description of the issue.
