Editing a Resolution
To edit a resolution, follow these steps:
Search for and select the complaint you want to edit the resolution on.
Swipe to the left on the resolution to reveal the edit icon.
Tap the edit icon located on the right side of the resolution.
Here, you can modify the resolution's details as needed.
Tap "Save Changes."
Deleting a Resolution
To delete a resolution, follow these steps:
Search for and select the complaint you want to edit the resolution on.
Swipe to the left on the resolution to reveal the edit icon.
Tap the edit icon located on the right side of the resolution.
Tap “Delete Resolution.”
